I was so encouraged to see the involvement of our community and very pleasantly surp

rised to see people from our children’s ministries come along and get involved. We had all ages playing soccer & touch football. Kids riding their skateboards, bikes & scooters.

 

We even had a couple of “skate bikes”, almost like trying to ride a unicycle, which both young and old TRIED to ride. It was a great afternoon !!!! Thank you to everyone who came along, got involved and met

somebody new……..

 

 

We have a great involvement with this school. Many of our kids attend the school and we have been involved in teaching R.E. here for many years. This stall offers us a great opportunity to show our support of the school and all that it provides to the children of our community without expecting anything in return. I know that the school really appreciates the help we as a church community offer to them in this way and I believe this is all such an important part of us as a church being involved in the wider Cairns community.
